another banner year for Synchro ERP as more and more global metalcasters make the all important decision to go with the best industry specific solution.
We received a signed quote today for a new North American install. Here it is only the first week of January! Jean-Marie has been busy enlisting new agents and is getting ready to travel to the other side of the world in just over a week visiting New Zealand and Australia. Richy will be visiting Turkey in January and will follow-up to Jean-Marie by visiting Malaysia and others in the Oceanic region in March. We are making more inroads into China with a signed quote do back any day now, for our 2nd install, and I am currently working up more new quotes for Turkey and China. Simon, the traveling man, will be in North America in a few weeks time and I will more than likely be meeting up with him for a major presentation at a huge player in the North American arena. Chris Collins will be attending the upcoming AFS Wisconsin Regional expo just outside of Milwaukee.
Never to be forgotten nor overlooked, it's all about team effort and meeting the needs of the global metalcasting community. Of course, there is a huge amount of work "behind the scenes" in supporting the customers. Lee Mahon and his crack team of support agents do a legendary job of keeping customers satisfied! Obviously the sales and marketing team under Barbara Nolan are "pulling in the results" with the influx of new customers!
What can I say? Looks like another banner year - and with the economy, especially in North America, taking off with the unemployment rate decreasing and metalcasters freeing up money... but alas, not much money is required to get in the drivers seat with Synchro ERP. Give us a call and arrange a demo to "kick the tires".
Where else but Texas can you have the heater on over night with temps in the mid 20's (F) and then be in short sleeves and short pants in the afternoon with highs in the mid 70's! No wonder my sinuses haven't a clue of what is going on!
Until next time, see you on down the road...
